Mr. Holmes is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Community Planning, with roughly eight years of experience in land use and regulatory planning. Moreover, Mr. Holmes’ responsibilities with EHI Consultants, focus on master planning, sustainable/green design, and greenfield/brownfield redevelopment strategies, which emphasize community revitalization, quality of life, and economic development.

Mr. Holmes has played a key role for numerous green and sustainable municipal stormwater projects involving capital improvement planning and design, water quality planning, watershed management, and storm water management and planning. He has provided technical expertise in low impact development (LID), green infrastructure (GI), and stormwater best management practice (BMP) design and has the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
