EHI Consultants, has been hired by the University of Louisville to develop a Comprehensive Master Plan for the Belknap and Health Science (HSC) campuses.

The main focus is on defining physical development patterns and setting quality standards for future expansion and development of the university’s academic campus. As part of our role, we will confirm the administration’s goals and objectives, coordinate with current capital improvement projects, help create a Utilities Master Plan, study environmental and cultural sustainability, develop design guidelines, analyze open spaces, evaluate transportation facilities and signage, and aim to create safe, inviting, and interactive campuses that foster a sense of community. The overall objective is to deliver a cohesive plan that blends facilities together and meets the university’s needs for the next decade and beyond.
