Julie provides administrative support to the Portsmouth Environmental Management (EM) Site Specific Advisory Board. Julie is a native Piketonian and has worked as a Program Manager for the last ten years. Her duties include develop and maintain the Portsmouth and Paducah websites, communicating with upper management, ensuring board growth and satisfaction. She received a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix with a focus in information technology. Julie developed a strong sense of devotion for the community volunteering for the local youth programs for nearly twelve years. This experience gave her a deep appreciation to improve the quality of life for our region; one program at a time.

In addition to her program management work, Julie is also heavily involved in the county youth league. Julie volunteers with the youth league organization, which seeks to teach children to be a successful individual through sports.
