EHI Consultants recently completed a Community Revitalization Plan for the Cane Run Road neighborhood located in southwest Louisville. The plan will include a number of development efforts in the Cane Run Road area are underway, including the redevelopment efforts at Richmont Terrace and the proposed KROC development project located in the 4500 block of Cane Run Road. The Community Revitalization Plan will not only demonstrate consistency with the Kentucky Housing Corporation and the Fair Housing Act, but it will also serve as a proactive document to help guide future development and address the issues of land use, zoning, transportation, and urban design issues.
